These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jlwild ("jlwild," "we," "us," "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlwild.ws ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with jlwild, including but not limited to account registration and management, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and promotions, and use of all features and services made available through the Platform.

By creating a jlwild account, logging into an existing account, or otherwise accessing any service on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions attached to individual games, promotions, or features, which shall be read together with these Terms. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

jlwild reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

To create a jlwild account and participate in any games or wagering activities on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines. jlwild strictly enforces the 21+ requirement and conducts identity verification to confirm player age before processing any withdrawal.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of jlwild is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, including any exclusion registered with PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended jlwild account. Each individual may maintain only one (1) account on the Platform.

To access the full features of jlwild, including real-money gameplay and withdrawals, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in the Philippines.

You agree not to provide false, misleading, or outdated information at any point during registration or when updating your account details. Providing false information — including misrepresenting your age or identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: jlwild is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit any or all of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, PRC ID, or UMID card)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash account screenshot showing your registered name)
• Selfie or live verification image as requested by the compliance team

jlwild reserves the right to suspend or restrict account access pending completion of KYC verification. Players who fail to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may have their accounts closed and any remaining balance held pending regulatory review.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlwild login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party and must notify jlwild immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jlwild will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be treated as authorized.

jlwild accepts deposits through the following payment channels available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Available payment methods may be updated from time to time at jlwild's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and account verification status. All deposit transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jlwild wallet instantly or within a few minutes of transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing timelines of the relevant financial institution. jlwild is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

jlwild does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Players are advised to check with their bank or e-wallet provider for applicable fees. All deposits are final and non-refundable except where jlwild determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted.

Players may request withdrawal of funds from their jlwild account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• KYC identity verification has been completed and approved by jlwild's compliance team.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold applicable to the selected withdrawal method.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in the account balance have been fully satisfied.
• The account is in good standing with no active fraud investigation, security hold, or regulatory inquiry.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. In cases where the original payment method is no longer available, jlwild's support team will work with the player to arrange an alternative withdrawal channel subject to additional verification.

jlwild targets same-business-day processing for verified withdrawals submitted via GCash and Maya, on business days during standard Philippine banking hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one to three business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and may vary.

jlwild reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of additional verification checks if unusual account activity is detected or if a withdrawal request triggers an AML review. Players will be notified if such a review is initiated and provided with instructions for submitting any additional documentation required.

jlwild offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to these Terms as well as specific terms attached to each individual promotion ("Promotion Terms").

By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the applicable Promotion Terms in addition to these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Promotion Terms and these Terms, the Promotion Terms will prevail in respect of that specific promotion only.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the relevant Promotion Terms, all bonus amounts credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement — that is, the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the Promotion Terms.

• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and specific high-RTP slots may carry reduced contribution rates. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• jlwild reserves the right to set maximum bet limits applicable while a wagering requirement is active. Bets exceeding the stated maximum during an active bonus will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the Promotion Terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• jlwild reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments made to players who have already claimed and are actively fulfilling an offer.

All games available on jlwild are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any real-money wager. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the rules of the game.

jlwild's live casino games are operated by licensed third-party game providers, including Playtech and other certified studios. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in slot games and virtual table games are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with applicable standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, the following rules apply:

• If a technical malfunction results in an interrupted game round, jlwild will use server-side game logs to determine the outcome and restore the player's balance accordingly.
• In cases where a technical error causes an incorrect payout or credits a manifestly incorrect game outcome, jlwild reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the player's original bet.
• jlwild is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power interruption.

Bets once placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled by the player except where a cancellation window is explicitly provided in the specific game or sportsbook interface. jlwild reserves the right to void any bet or game result where fraud, collusion, or system manipulation is suspected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlwild platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlwild reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold or forfeit associated balances:

• Registering more than one account on jlwild, whether under the same or different personal details
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their express authorization
• Using any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the payment system to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws
• Providing false or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jlwild staff or other players through any communication channel

jlwild cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in investigating any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform. Player account information and transaction records may be disclosed to regulatory and law enforcement bodies as required by law.

jlwild is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gaming activity. jlwild recognizes that while the majority of players engage with the Platform for entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors that require intervention and support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available directly within every jlwild account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which the system will automatically log the player out.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the maximum amount they are willing to lose in a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion from jlwild. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration selected.

jlwild will not market to players who have self-excluded or who are on a cooling-off period. Any attempt by a self-excluded player to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new account will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

All content on the jlwild Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game content, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jlwild or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content
• Use jlwild's brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Use any content from jlwild for commercial purposes without express written consent

Any unauthorized use of jlwild's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law. jlwild reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlwild, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jlwild has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jlwild's total aggregate liability to any player for claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.

jlwild makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform or its content for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlwild does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may carry out maintenance, updates, or emergency shutdowns that temporarily affect Platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlwild's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jlwild collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a jlwild account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jlwild collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where consent has been provided, marketing communications. jlwild does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the operation of the Platform.

Personal data may be shared with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law. It may also be shared with third-party service providers engaged by jlwild to support Platform operations, including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game providers, under strict data processing agreements.

jlwild reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jlwild will notify active players through the Platform interface, by email to the address registered on the account, or by posting a prominent notice on the jlwild homepage.

If you continue to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting jlwild support.

The date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. jlwild recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework applies to the operation of jlwild and to any disputes related to gambling conduct regulated by PAGCOR.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jlwild, the player should first contact jlwild's customer support team at [email protected] and provide a clear written description of the issue, the date it occurred, and any supporting evidence. jlwild will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through jlwild's internal support process, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority. Both parties agree to act in good faith throughout the dispute resolution process.

Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms must be filed in the competent courts of the Philippines. Players waive any objection to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
